• Have at least 5++ years of experience in data analytical customer-facing roles and product management areas including managing high performing teams
• The ability to grasp the breadth of the Cybertrend product vision and, at the same time, dive down to the detailed level of a specific feature.
• Proven expertise in understanding the voice of the customer and partnering across engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling products that meet those customers’ needs.
• Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of the growth company. That means flexibility and willingness to jump in and do whatever it takes to be successful.
• Are motivated, a visionary and want to actively drive the solution innovation forward
• Possess demonstrable experience in consultative approaches with solving your customer’s business challenges and have a track record of successfully overcoming technical challenges.
• Possess exemplary technical business writing and communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (other languages are a bonus!)
• Have a solid background knowledge and are passionate about Data Science and AI Technology.

• Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, definition of success, and ultimate company-wide impact for Cybertrend’s Product Data Science Portfolio including both customer-facing areas and platform areas.
• Be highly data driven and use data to make the best possible decisions and evaluate different possible options and paths
• Engage fully and directly, present features and improvements frequently and iteratively with the team. You will own getting your roadmaps out the door, and making sure that your products
• Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs
• Work hand in hand with customers, engaging in frequent conversations from executive to individual user level to understand our customer needs
