Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of a project, including obtaining permits, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Prepare and present project status updates and reports to management and clients
• Coordinate with project team to assign tasks effectively and provide guidance and achieve successful project outcomes
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring timely updates and executing by utilizing AMODA for builders App

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Have a project management certification such as PMP is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project estimator within the construction industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and related software
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, standards, and regulations
• Result oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Used to handling various projects at the same time
