Maintenance Technician (1 year Fixed-Term Contract)

We are now looking for Maintenance Technician to be based in our manufacturing site in Jakarta Timur. As Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for implementing maintenance programs & strategies throughout production & facilities to ensure all equipment and site infrastructure are reliable in accordance with agreed Quality, HSE and Global Engineering Standards. This position is open for 1 year contract. Key responsibilities

• Execute inspection check list including trend/OOS/tend to failure/inaccuracy data and provide action to maintain standard functionality & reliability.
• Execute all preventive maintenance program with sufficient & qualified resources including: conditional maintenance (check list, condition monitoring), preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and run to failure.
• Conduct checks on serviced equipment to verify completion of work and record the quality of maintenance performed.
• Conduct condition monitoring to each of equipment to ensure current conditions and prepare actions to follow up.
• Implementation of CI (Continuous Improvement) and process excellent program.
• Collect initiative to improve overall plant equipment & utility system more efficient and reliable including reduce energy consumption.
• Implementation of EHS and Quality management system procedure.

Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these requirements to achieve our goals:

• Technical Senior High School or Diploma 3 in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years experiences in Engineering/Maintenance/Utility technician position.

Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Computer Literacy: MS Office.
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to effectively operate within cross functional teams.
• Able to work independently and team.
