The Swim Starter has grown with the times, and we are looking for a creative and dynamicSocial Media Manager tasked with overseeing responsibilities across five sister companies. Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written posts, to promote our swimming programs.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.

Community Engagement:

• Foster and engage with our online community across various social media platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive enrollment during peak seasons and promotions.
• Utilize social media advertising to reach target audiences effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, adjusting strategies as needed.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

• Identify and explore potential partnerships and collaborations with influencers, children school or related brands.

Stay Updated on Trends:

• Stay abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3-5 Years experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the sports or education industry.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Salary: From Rp14,000,000 per month
