Work you’ll do 1. Compensation Strategy & Design:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, merit increases, and bonus schemes to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and competitive analysis to ensure compensation packages are in line with industry standards and organizational needs
- Design and implementation of comprehensive reward strategies that encompass both financial (compensation) and non-financial (recognition, career development) rewards
- Align reward strategies with company business goals to enhance employee motivation, performance, and engagement
- Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), cost-efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
- Administer and continuously review employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Regularly assess employee satisfaction with benefits offerings and recommend adjustments based on employee feedback and market trends
- Develop and update compensation, benefits, and payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and industry
- Provide guidance and support to management on compensation-related policies and practices
- Manage compensation and benefits data within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Prepare and analyze reports on compensation, benefits utilization, and payroll data to inform decision-making and continuous improvements
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking, performance-based pay adjustments, and reward program evaluations
- Link reward strategies with employee performance to drive outcomes that support the organization’s goals
- Effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring they understand the value of their total rewards package. This includes organizing workshops or informational sessions to enhance employee understanding and engagement
- Work closely with HR, Leadership team and Finance to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals
- Support in workforce planning, budgeting, and cost forecasting for compensation and benefits
- Oversee and manage payroll operations and the payroll team. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, reward strategy management, and payroll, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in reward strategy design, including both compensation and non-monetary rewards.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling skills to assess compensation, payroll, and reward strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and employees.
- Proficient in HRIS and compensation management software, as well as payroll systems.
- Ability to align reward strategies with business goals and employee engagement.
