As a Supply Operation Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders in end to end supply operation which includes inventory management, forecast accuracy and administrative tasks in ensuring achievement of supply operation KPIs and company goals in compliance with global and local regulation. You will also be responsible in continuous improvement of processes in supply operation to achieve productive, efficient, and effective results in operation

The Opportunity

• Lead S&OP meetings with the commercial team to ensure accuracy of the forecast on a monthly basis. Analyze and challenge in-market forecasts for better accuracy as well as manage stock planning and conduct regular review to monitor stock level and define stock replenishment as needed

• Proactive engagement with Global /APAC supply chain to ensure products readiness at a timely manner and work closely with external partners (CMO and Distributor) to ensure smooth supply process and stock availability

• Support other stakeholders (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Finance, etc) on supply operation matters and proactive engagement to seek process improvement in contributing to company’s common goals

• Support new product launch, divestment, variation updates and others affiliate projects. Manage the process of product destruction

• Perform replenishment order in SAP, manage sales and return process, ensuring documentation are complete. Perform analysis of sales forecast, identify gaps for improvement

• Providing monthly report to Health Authority & MoH, monthly stocks provisions ensuring documents are complete and in accordance with GDP

Who you are

• You should hold a Degree major in Supply Chain/ Logistic Management or equivalent with 5 years of experience in managing Supply Operation

• You should be proficient in operating SAP and Microsoft Office

• You should have Experience in developing good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as strong numeracy skills and accuracy/attention to detail

• You should be proficient in English, both written and verbal and demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset of owning outcomes and think strategically on end to end systems
