RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline plant operations and reduce costs so as to support the company’s ability to compete.

• Screening, recruiting and training factory workers in accordance with the standards set by the company.

• Ensure the implementation of quality supervision, by directing quality control officers to perform their responsibilities.

• Ensure that every tool and machine is in good condition to support the running of the production process and the achievement of optimal production results.

• Directing the PPIC Manager to prepare planning and making pre-production documents as a basis for implementing the production process properly and correctly.

• Planning the procurement of materials and production materials accurately and efficiently, so that they are available on time as needed.

• Conduct periodic evaluations of material and spare parts stocks to be able to determine the right use strategy and reduce excessive stock.

• Perform value engineering to find production and construction systems, as well as the use of the right materials to get optimal results at an efficient cost.

• Ensure that PPIC conducts accurate and neat inventory control and periodically carries out stock-taking with the accounting department and is responsible for the results.

• Ensure the maintenance of machinery, tools and facilities both office and building is carried out properly.

• Motivate all factory employees to have a good work ethic for mutual progress.

• Maintain good relations and coordination between parts of the factory organization.

• Instill an understanding of cultural values, mission and vision of the company to all factory personnel and apply them in daily work activities.

EDUCATION LEVEL

• Minimum D3 Wood education, S1 Industrial Engineering and equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years as Factory Manager for factory with production capacity of 6M per year.

• Minimum 5 years as PPIC manager / Production Manager in a factory with a production capacity of 9M per year and above.

SPECIAL SKILLS

• Understand the wood industry.

• Understand the process of making various types of finishing, especially for wood furniture work.

• Understand the process of making work with HPL laminated materials.

• Has a network of carpenter and finishing resources.

• Have good production planning skills.

• Accustomed to working with progressive production achievement target.
