Education:

bachelor’s degree with focus on Chemical, Material or Industrial engineering or technical education with similar focus.

Professional:

3+ years relevant experience in footwear with hands on experience in Quality Assurance disciplines and processes.

Language Skills:

English + local language

Mandarin (plus)

• Supports Manager Quality / Head of Quality Footwear with the implementation of Global Footwear Quality systems at supply partners.
• Supports Manager Quality Footwear and onsite production / quality team to ensure all Puma product requirements, quality standards and delivery schedule are met.
• Does production process and product checks to ensure daily compliance, and does random finished goods inspections to drive production, process, and product excellence at T1 supplier.
• Does Finished Goods inspections on concerned products / products from inconsistent production lines / key initiatives.
• Daily production monitoring and line evaluations including quality assurance and process compliance evaluations.
• Production line checks (Cut-to-box) for early identification of issue or inconsistencies.
• Initiates immediate corrections of identified concerns / problems in production in collaboration with T1 production / Quality team.
• Attends weekly Quality Presentation Meeting with factory’s production / Q.C / Q.A head and all related local production leaders.
• Supports Manager Quality with regular capability check of T1 Quality personal (AQL / TQC / RQC / EoL QC)
• Assists and guides shop floor operators and line managers to meet Puma standards.
• Randomly audits material / finished goods warehouse to ensure that factory strictly follows Puma S.O.P.
• Supports full implementation of Puma QMS and Best Practices at T1
