About the Role Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies and for liaising with regulators with regard to regulatory compliance • Translate regulatory obligations into business solutions such as policies, procedures, tools, checklists, and trainings • Coordinate gap assessment for new regulations and oversee the implementation plans to close gaps • Identify, assess and advise management of the risk and potential for breaches of regulatory and other obligations • Investigate and assist in developing remedial actions for breaches, oversee remedial actions and validate implementation • Liaise with regulators and industry peers on risk and compliance related matters • Monitor business impact of regulatory engagements and coordinate regulatory examinations Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
