Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales to join our team. As a Sales your primary goal will be to build relationships and generate and qualify leads primarily focused on potential investors outside of Indonesia - Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, EU, AU, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • With our help, you will leverage your existing network to develop and execute a lead generation plan.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and other types of suitable investors.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials and other sales support tools as per your needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Represent The Fund at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our reach and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry.
  • Understanding of investment products and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with investors who dont live in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, independent and dynamic environment, with a high level of resilience and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Having an existing network of potential investors is preferable.
