Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required

Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in outside sales or technology sales
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and perform account management duties
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated with a drive for success and achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
