Title: Solutions Management Director SE Asia Reports to VP of CSG Quote & Order and may in future report to a Global Director of Solutions (Quote & Order) Job summary Run a professional services practice to design and build tailored customer solutions in CSG Quote & Order. Your team is based in Indonesia and some surrounding SE Asian countries. A customer solution project will have a business solutions consultant responsible for the proposal, quote & HL level design. Once the job is won then a project manager will be assigned, and your role will be to allocate resources from your team to the project. Summary of essential job functions Estimation and Design Review the high-level designs proposed to customers by business solution consultants and estimate effort to build. Professional Practice Leadership Manage professional practices and skills in your team, including the people management. Provide oversight of quality and efficiency Design Integrity Ensure the DGIT solution is designed in accordance with the High Level Solution Design. Escalate any issues that are likely to have cost or time impacts to the DGIT delivery. Knowledge definition and capture Turn intrinsic knowledge into extrinsic knowledge by actively contributing to knowledge capture systems such as the internal Wiki and document management systems. Conduct team training sessions to both gain and deliver knowledge and experience. Personal Management Support the organisation by ensuring compliance with time sheeting, status management, administration and other internal procedures. Goals Deal Solution Design Support Respond to solution queries and sign off solution designs for new deals. All new solutions considered, understood and agreed to. Practice skill Achieve a high level of proficiency, such that 90% of the team of 3 months or more experience would be successful with minimal support on assignment. (6 months for graduates). Devise a way to measure this, could use training and certification with our customer facing training program Estimation turn around Turn around all PSE estimations inside 7 days and faster when a customer caused bid situation requires it. Build Indonesian Solutions Team Build a complete set of skills in Indonesia such that complete solutions can be designed and built by Indonesians.
