GENERAL SUMMARY
To sell (primarily by telephone) FedEx services to both new and existing customers (primary focus: existing: $25-$150 day average net revenue and/or net new potential with the key deliverable of achieving assigned territory revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx).
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Basic level of proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
Knowledge of Internet/Intranet;
Thorough knowledge of FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments, etc. preferred;
Solid understanding of FedEx systems/applications preferred;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Demonstrated negotiation skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated self motivation and ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task;
Commitment to task;
Overcomes objections/obstacles;
Demonstrated a track record of achieving results
Other- Incumbent(s) must remain in position for a minimum of 12 months
