We are committed to pushing boundaries and staying ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape. We are currently expanding our team and are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Developer to join us in driving excellence in DATA SCIENTIST projects.

Requirements:

• Masters or bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Extensive expertise in standard methodologies like regression, etc.
• Familiarity with healthcare business is strongly preferred.
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Job Description

• Analyze large datasets, apply statistical methods, and use data mining techniques to uncover insights and patterns.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into products and services.
• Create visually appealing reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI, Marketing, and other teams to provide data-driven solutions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data, addressing quality issues and anomalies.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning through conferences and workshops.
• Generate actionable insights to support business growth and conduct ad-hoc analysis for special projects.
• Adhere to software development best practices, including test-driven development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data models with business objectives.
