We are currently expanding our team and are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Developer to join us in driving excellence in analytics and business intelligence projects.

Requirements:

• Masters or bachelors degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field of study.
• 2+ years of relevant experience working in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence is preferred.
• Familiarity working with BI tools (e.g., Power Bl, Looker) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics languages like Python or R will be a huge advantage.
• Experience working with one or more languages for querying (e.g., SQL, Spark).
• Extensive expertise in standard methodologies like XGBoost, logistic regression, etc.
• Keen observation skills and a curious mindset, with an ability to respond effectively to thorough questioning during verification processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare business is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Job Description

• Collaborate with others to ensure the availability, integrity, and quality of data analytics and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce and generate recommendations/actionable insights to strategize and grow business.
• Serve as an in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and special projects.
• Adhere to software development best practices, including test-driven development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data models with business objectives.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings for all analyses, ensuring transparency and reproducibility. Create comprehensive reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
