Operations - Custody and Clearing – Corporate Action - NCT

Details of the Division and Team:

Corporate Actions is part of Global Securities Operations (GSO) and is responsible for managing and supporting all corporate actions services for GSO. Product scope covers various corporate action events such as AGM/EGM, proxy, interest and cash dividend payments, stock dividends, stock splits, bonus issue, reverse stock split, rights issue, merger, and tender.

Your key responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing corporate action events.

• Ensure the process of corporate action event comply with internal policy, government regulations and client service agreements.

• Implement quality control procedures.

• Involves in system enhancement and solving of system issues.

• Maintains relationships with internal and external clients, Securities Administration Agency (BAE), and Regulatory Officers.

• Back up other team within corporate action team during peak season

Your skills and experience:

• University graduate with prior experience or knowledge of corporate security operations

• Attention to detail

• High Risk and Control awareness

• Proactive and team player

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong knowledge in MS Excel would be an advantage

• Fluent in written and verbal communication both in Bahasa and English
