Your Role: As a Senior Graphic Designer at 99 Group, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, contributing to the visual identity and brand presence across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with inhouse sales, performance marketing, multimedia, social media and product teams to translate complex ideas into compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Conceptualizing and designing marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, digital banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Producing high-quality visual content for both digital and print media.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Taking ownership of projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices into design projects.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the property, real estate, and brand industries. Experience in creating designs that resonate with these audiences is a plus.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that align with marketing objectives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Its a Plus to Have:

• An understanding or interest in the property, real estate, and brand industry.
• Experience working on branding projects within these industries.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
