Job Title: Engineering Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Engineering Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Merencanakan dan mengawasi semua kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk menjaga bangunan dalam kondisi baik.
• Mengatur jadwal dan tugas untuk tim repair dan maintenance, serta memberikan arahan dan bimbingan kepada mereka. Dengan update data di sistem monitoring dan database.
• Memonitor pemeliharaan preventif secara teratur untuk mencegah kerusakan dan memperpanjang umur bangunan.
• Siap untuk merespons dan mengkoordinasikan penanganan keadaan darurat seperti kebocoran air, pemadaman listrik, atau situasi darurat lainnya.
• Mengelola anggaran untuk perawatan dan perbaikan bangunan, serta membuat perkiraan biaya untuk proyek-proyek maintenance yang lebih besar. Dan melakukan rekapitulasi terkait kebutuhan tim teknis di lapangan.
• Berkomunikasi dengan kontraktor eksternal untuk pekerjaan yang memerlukan keahlian khusus atau kapasitas tambahan.
• Membuat Jobscard dan log book pada semua pekerjaan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan, serta menyimpan catatan tentang peralatan, perbaikan, dan pemeliharaan yang telah dilakukan.
• Memastikan bahwa bangunan mematuhi semua regulasi dan kode bangunan yang berlaku sebelum proses on boarding maupun property live.
• Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk memastikan kualitas kerja yang tinggi dari tim maintenance dan kontraktor bersama Head Engineering sebelum proses on boarding maupun property live.
• Merencanakan strategi pemeliharaan jangka panjang untuk memastikan keberlanjutan bangunan dan menghindari kerusakan besar yang dapat terjadi karena kurangnya perawatan.
• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan protokol kerja yang ditetapkan untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman bagi diri sendiri dan rekan kerja lainnya.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1), di bidang teknik arsitektur/sipil/elektro/sebidang
• Pengalamanan kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai teknisi gedung atau supervisor minimal 1 tahun. Memahami sistem gedung dari struktural hingga utilitas
• Bisa berbahasa Inggris dan mengoperasikan komputer; Office dan CAD
• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan administrasi yang baik
• Enerjik, jujur dan komunikatif
• Bersedia bekerja mobile
