Product Sales Manager (Recovery Boiler Solutions) for Pulp and Energy Solutions (PES) Are you interested to be part of our winning team in Asia Pacific? To further support and drive continued profitable, we are looking for Product Sales Manager (Recovery Boiler Solutions) for Pulp and Energy Solutions (PES) in Asia Pacific. Location is Indonesia. Valmets strong technology offering includes pulp mills, tissue, board and paper production lines, as well as power plants for bioenergy production. To succeed in this important role, you are: Engaged, self-motivated active team player with "can do" attitude with proven track record in driving growth and meeting sales targets. Create new sales opportunities together with customer and colleagues in Regions and Business units. Strong communication skills, commercial mindset and passion to serve our customers, excellent in negotiation skills and ability to readiness to travel in cross cultural countries in Asia Pacific and other continents as required. Able to work and handle high pressure situations. Key requirements:
  • Degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering or relevant.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Recovery Boiler in pulp mill and over 5 years work experience in Recovery Boiler sales and services.
  • Strong willingness to learn new technical skills and operations; and adapt new business environment
  • Excellent customer service background.
  • Fluent English, solid presentation skills.
  • Experiences in a multicultural / matrixed organization.
  • Desire and ability to travel frequently in Asia Pacific and globally if needed.
  • Capability to work remote and develop remote working methods.
  • Accelerate communication between regions and business units.
