Role

AwanTunai is looking for a Performance Management Lead who will design, implement, and analyze performance evaluation processes to optimize individual and team performance within an organization.


Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee performance appraisal systems, collaborating with leaders to establish and refine objective key results (OKRs).

  • Facilitates Individual Performance Planning and target setting (OKR) and monitoring process for the whole Company in collaboration with the Company’s Strategy department and business leaders.
  • Drives Performance Management System process, such as Performance Planning, Mid-Year Review and Performance Appraisal or year-end review for the whole company
  • Maintain and analyze Performance Management data and provide a comprehensive Performance Management report.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to employees and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and offer strategic insights to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance management processes with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with performance management policies and procedures, staying abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance on goal-setting, career development, and performance-related inquiries.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance management and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by promoting accountability, transparency, and a commitment to continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in performance management in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of OKRs and their application in different organizational contexts.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Having a knowledge in Organizational Development would be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present performance data.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in performance management and onboarding process.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and provide guidance to employees.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in performance management.

  • Must be fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
