As a Financial Accounting Expert, you will performs the accounting activities in a defined area of expertise for high complexity accounts. You will have to understand and lives the Finance Framework, mindset and behaviors.

The Opportunity

• Maintain Fixed asset (capitalized, write off, movement),c ontrol balance of Instrument waiting to be capitalized to asset (instrument accessories/consignment stock) as we;l; as handle customer query handling related to AR, vendor query handling related to AP and Fill in invoice template (manual / IC) related to AR

• Maintain customer master related to AR , reconcile daily sales between 3PL data raw vs SAP related to AR and E-faktur issuance. Assure timely and accurate invoicing/DN (CPRR, direct, Idoc, B2B, affiliates) to customer, monitor the intercompany charges from the business to RSS and manage WHT tax slip from Customer

• Prepare monthly VAT reconciliation to tax consultant, prepaid tax reconciliation for CIT, align with RSS related to Nominative list preparation for CIT. Documented WHT, VAT, Sales invoice, WHT Tax slip on monthly basis. Coordinates with auditors/tax consultants regarding Tax Compliance/External Audit

• Performing any reconciliation of GL account balances (non sub-ledger) and analyze
  for the discrepancy, include all long outstanding and unidentified items. Keeps books of accounts including all accounts reconciliation and ensure complete
  files are properly kept for future reference

• Ensure all the accruals have been recorded. Participating in month end closing to ensure the month end closing can be done timely and input any correction or adjustment if any

• Execute monthly GCCS (Global Closing Cockpit Solution), esure for each transaction we have done have followed the FGAR guidelines, including providing a complete supporting documents for each transaction as well as execute and document for ICFR control

• Coordinates with both corporate and external auditors during the regular interim and
  Year End audit engagement in order to avoid delay in achieving target deadlines in
  coming out of audited financial Reports

• Request new / extend GL account via MDGF, handling T&E SOP queries, performing concur & some PO’s approval, liaise with RSS for day to day accounting activities and align with other functions related to cases, and finance and accounting projects.

Who you are

• You should hold a Degree major in Accounting with 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting roles.

• You should have strong understanding in accounting principles, financial reporting standards and Indonesian taxes.

• You should have experience in accounting/ finance software (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Google sheet)
