Business Controller Manager position is responsible for all commercial control activities to the business through the accurate planning and reporting of monthly financial results in accordance with applicable policies. The role includes budgeting and business partnering to sales and marketing team. Job Description:

• Business partnering for Sales and Marketing team including but not limited to sales target set up, ROI analysis, incentive review,
• Perform cost control, i.e. trade spend and operating expenses
• Evaluate Business Case to ensure growth and profitability and provide recommendations as necessary
• Lead the annual strategic planning process (Mid-Range Planning, Budgeting, Rolling Forecast). This may encompass industry and market trends and analysis, scenario analysis and planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Regular management reporting (weekly sales estimate, monthly performance review) and other ad-hoc reporting
• Lead local Procurement tasks (tender, purchase order approval) and have coordination with Regional Procurement and achieve productivity saving target

Job Requirements:

• Degree Qualified in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experienced working in FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred
• Min 5 - 7 years experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
• Strong in analytical and presentation skills
