OBJECTIVES

  • Handle Sea Import Operation Customer Service

JOB DUTIES

  • Perform day-to-day operations for Imports Activity
  • Looking for the most suitable shipment arrangements or solutions
  • Shipment tracking and proactive to update customer timely
  • Provide proactive communication to customer
  • Work closely with internal parties department to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring operational excellence
  • All relevant duties assigned by Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Logistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience either on the forwarder or ocean carrier
  • Good understanding of basic knowledge in Sea Freight Import (FCL and LCL)
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multi-task, set priorities and meeting tight deadline
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Preferably experienced using Cargowise 1 system
