Position Overview:

As a Senior Payroll Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and administration. Working closely with the People and Finance teams, you will ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, benefits, and related payments. This position requires strong attention to detail, advanced knowledge of payroll processes and regulations, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Responsibilities
  • Managing employee database on HRIS
  • Analyze & gather insight from companys people data
  • Support daily, monthly, yearly report for any stakeholder
  • Responsible in handling PPH 21 transaction
  • Handling end to end payroll process and related task
  • Providing data analytics tools or sheet to support daily task
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors degree in related field
  • Have a good knowledge on Income Tax PPh 21, Tax Treaty, HR Operations and Data Management
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferable from banking industry
  • Having intermediate knowledge in Accounting and Taxation
  • Willingness to learn new skill and experience Detailed oriented and love with numbers
  • Having good communication skill and capable in working both individual and in a team

  • Experience in Payroll Specialist
