The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for updating, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, performance management platforms, and employee surveys.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key HR performance indicators, such as employee turnover, recruitment metrics, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce demographics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to address stakeholders specific HR-related questions or challenges.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven at minimum 3 years experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
• Having experience in managing HR Management Systems will be preferable
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
