Position Overview
Join Tencent Cloud Internationals fast-growing team as a seasoned B2B Marketing Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, where youll be instrumental in driving sales marketing initiatives and directly impacting sales results across Southeast-Asia emerging markets. Were seeking a dynamic individual who excels in crafting compelling multi-channel campaigns, generating leads, and taking ownership of sales outcomes. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, youll lead the charge in developing online and offline events, fostering key partnerships, and elevating our brands reputation through strategic public relations efforts. Working closely with sales teams, youll develop sales enablement resources that align with our brands identity, values, and objectives, ultimately driving growth and success.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for strategic planning and the effective execution of marketing to develop Tencent Cloud’s B2B business in the Southeast-Asia region.
  • Work hand in hand with the sales teams to craft a sales playbook that incorporates well-aligned strategies and resources for sales enablement.
  • Engage and work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to fully utilize global marketing resources and consistent messages to nurture local brand building and business growth.
  • Develop effective and efficient lead-gen plan with online and offline programs and events for different sales channels and deliver ROI goal.
  • Build local external key influencer partnership and relationships to create positive brand reputation and potential client coverage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales and marketing experience from cloud and technology industry. Experience in SEA is preferred. A good track record in B2B marketing outputs with a good mix of ATL, BTL, digital and performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent command in English language and a local Southeast-Asian language. Strong command in Chinese language would be highly advantageous due to the business needs of frequent liaison with China-based stakeholders and marketing collaterals translation.
  • Motivated and proactive with strong start-up mentality to build things from scratch.
  • Good organizational and project management skills with strategic mindset and an ability to multi-task and deliver independently.
