Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct a variety of tax-related activities in accordance with the overall tax strategy to ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives; these activities include: tax planning, research, compliance, tax submissions, reporting and filings, auditing, and communicating with external tax agencies
• Help to manage tax audit process and timely engage relevant stakeholders, including consultants to support the process including data collection and timely escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate the organizations current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations
• Evaluate and advise on the automation of tax payment, reporting and reconciliation process.
• Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time for the group
• Manage tax forecast, quarterly tax provisions and other tax accounting related matters.
• Identify and manage the implementation of a range of tax process improvements to manage tax risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Tax with the Big 4 consultant
• Bachelor Degree that major on Accounting or Finance
• Experience working with tax compliance systems
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
• Ability to multi task work under pressure and meet deadline
• Have a good integrity , interpersonal, communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy
