Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a Turnover & Walkdown Coordinator to join our Commissioning team in Gresik, Indonesia.

This opportunity will see you working for Hatch on Freeport Indonesia’s copper smelter and precious metals refinery project in Gresik, East Java. Once fully operational, the new smelter complex could process 1.7 million tonnes of copper concentrate annually into 550,000 tonnes of copper cathode, which can be further processed into electrical wiring, pipes and car batteries, among other products. The metallurgical complex will include a Smelter, Electro refinery and Precious Metal Refinery.

Hatch’s project scope covers detailed engineering, award and procurement of pre-purchased equipment, contract formation, construction, and commissioning of the Precious Metals Refinery.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Adopt and promote personal work practices and procedures in accordance with the FMR Projects Environment, Health, and Safety Management Plans
• Organization and acceptance of test documents submitted by field personnel
• Assisting Construction teams with submission of Turnover packages contents to CCMS
• Verify Construction Documentation Completion prior to acceptance for Pre-commissioning
• Populate Construction Dossier with Pre-Commissioning testing information
• Communication of certification as required by the project from CCMS
• Maintain status of completed test sheets in CCMS
• Punch List Data entry and report Punch List status based on field information from CCMS

You will bring to the role.

• Experience in administration or document control in a Construction or Commissioning environment
• Experience in site document control and preparation of Turnover Packages
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Relevant technical diploma or equivalent industry experience
• Proficient/ advanced user of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Experience with Completions management systems, preferably Omega
• Experienced user of Document Control and Business Management Systems
