Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Jr. UI/UX Designer to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning and effective designs across a variety of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design Development: Create compelling and innovative designs for a range of digital marketing materials including social media graphics, website designs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our clients brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and implement creative strategies.
4. Flexibility and Adaptation: Adapt to varying design styles and requirements as needed for different clients and projects.
5. Project Management: Manage design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
6. Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and digital marketing to suggest innovative ideas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven graphic designing experience (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
