Moladin is currently seeking an Admin Legal! As an Admin Legal, you will provide administrative support to the legal team and assist in the management of legal documents and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the legal department and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Legal Team by organizing and maintaining legal documents and files.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing and maintaining legal documents and records.
  • Manage and update legal databases and systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Establish good communication with other divisions to support Legal performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.

Requirements

  • Recent / Fresh / Final year undergraduates are welcome to apply but minimum 2 years’ working experience preferred.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office, including Excel for report generation.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to analyze the performance data of the portfolio.
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential.
