HR OFFICER At Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirement :

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, professional development and training.
  • In-depth knowledge in the recruiting & selection process as well as towards legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in HRIS.
  • Holds at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) in law, business, psychology, communications, or related fields.
  • Preferably has experience in a waste management industry.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Good leadership, Public Speaking, managerial skills and good Attitude
  • Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.

Job Descriptions:

  • Handling all administration on HR operation in daily bases.
  • Maintenance employee when sick, marriage and religion ceremony.
  • Report and prepare mediation when employment conflict.
  • Conduct employee gathering and HR activity.
  • Accept and collect employee recruitment requests from other departments.
  • Post Job Advertisement.
  • Collect the candidates and screen the document.
  • Prepare and share application forms for candidates.
  • Make an appointment for an interview with the HR manager and users.
  • Make an employment offer letter for new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts for new hires.
  • Employee absence recap ( over time, leave & attendance ).
  • Payroll and insurance recap and report.
  • Facility and benefit of employees.
  • Compile and check Employee schedule.
  • Compile and recap report for employee KPIs.
  • Make HR daily reports and monthly reports.
  • Handle all about the employee locker facility.
  • Uniform, name tag and shoes.
  • Transport, meal and other allowance.
  • Compile and recap training schedule from department head.
  • Prepare a training facility ( room, utility , etc ).
  • Share information or announcements for training.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp3,500,000 per month

Education:

  • D1-D4 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • People Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
