About The Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating social media content, and implementing digital marketing strategies. This position includes developing and managing communication plans that support sales and marketing promotions and events.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and compelling social media content, including text, image, and video-based content, that aligns with the companys brand voice and objectives.
• Plan and manage social media campaigns, including content pillar/brief, calendars, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Monitor social media trends, tools (social blade/hootsuite), platforms, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
• Implement organic marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.
• Conduct regular social media audits to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Assist and handle Paid Social Media Marketing tools such as Instagram & Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Ads) & Boost Post.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce/sales, product, and creative to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging across all social media channels.
• Manage communication, research, and identify KOL (Influencers) across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Earning a certificate in trusted Digital Marketing/Social Media Bootcamp is preferred.
• Graduated with Bachelor’s/Vocational Degree in any major (communications/marketing is preferred).
• Social Media Enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing & creative media.
• Strong writing and communication skills to create content and adapt the brand’s voice to a variety of different social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook etc.
• Super creative and initiative with the representative on each social media platform.
• Eager to drive in the digital marketing Industry.
• Great interpersonal & self development skills.
