QA Manager

We are looking for a QA professional to be responsible for quality control throughout the software development lifecycle of our Saas product and to manage and expand a team of QA testers and engineers.

Responsibility:

• Create and maintain quality standard operating functions
• Ensure minimal production defects by managing and assisting manual and automated test engineers
• Create company-wide QA metrics and reporting dashboards
• Create and manage manual and automated test case documentation
• Establish user personas in collaboration with clients and the product team
• Document and thoroughly execute Acceptance Tests
• Hands-on approach to testing exercises as required
• Participate in all development/product meetings and be able to contribute to the prioritization of workload
• Communicate effectively with team members and any stakeholder in the business to resolve testing issues
• Mentor both QA and development team members
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by and not limited to
  • Reviewing professional publications
  • Benchmarking and reviewing up-to-date practices and technologies
  • Collaborating with professional connections and personal networks

Requirement

• Software Quality Assurance experience with SaaS technology
• Proven leadership capabilities within Quality Assurance
• Quality reporting, test case management and defect tracking
• Continuous Delivery life cycle
• Travel system experience would be an advantage
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of working efficiently with remote teams
• Desire and ambition to discover and learn new technologies and concepts
• Manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Project manager and problem solver
• Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies
• In-depth knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and automated testing
