  • Proficient in English (Chinese, Indonesian and other languages are a plus)

  • Professional background in social media & content planning or videography/ digital editing, proficient in both Capcut and Premiere will be a plus, with a strong preference for expertise in both platforms.
  • Proven track record social media platform especially e-commerce or content side to plan & create compelling video content.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing engaging TikTok content.
  • Exceptional storytelling aptitude and a highly creative mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, capable of performing effectively in high-pressure scenarios while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Effective at receiving and implementing direction, fostering productive collaborations within a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiar with data analysis to create functional content review for internal and external teams.

Job Description:

  • Lead the production process for TikTok product videos, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
  • Process a variety of video materials, demonstrating a keen sense of aesthetics, an understanding of video pacing, and an aptitude for integrating music effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with other PICs to acquire all essential shots required for the final projects, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and delivering exceptional results within specified timelines.
  • Manage daily operations, workflow, results and communication within the team
  • Analyze & utilize video data to ensure that the project reached the KPI target set & plan next video startegy
  • Make content data analysis review for internal and external teams to increase content engagement and GMV revenue through the creation of high-quality short video scripts & plan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month
