Social Media Associate

Department Consumer & Brand Marketing Job posted on Jan 30, 2024 Employment type Full Time Role Overview This role will be reporting to Social Media Manager and work closely with the Creative, Brand, Academy, Growth & Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media content management, proficiency in using various social media tools & boost post advertising and a knack for turning data into compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
• Manage social media content calendar planning
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a strong online presence and engage with our audience
• Close communication & alignment with appointed Social Media Agency for daily operations
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Business Suite, Twitter Analytic, LinkedIn for Business Manager, Iconosquare, Hootsuite, etc.) to track and analyze social media performance
• Support Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media with collecting data into actionable recommendations to optimize social media strategies
• Generate regular reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights

• Boosted Posts and Advertising:
• Execute, and monitor social media boost posts and sponsored contents
• Support Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media in optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives

Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years experience as Social Media Executive preferably in fast-paced tech environment
• Ability to speak, write, and editorial skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Have at least basic understanding about investments and preferably have a personal experience to trade any investment products
• Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Proven experience in video content creation for social media (especially TikTok) & proficiency with video editor (Capcut, Inshot, etc)
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
