Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer specializing in Flutter to lead our mobile development efforts. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework. You will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter framework.
• Architect and design scalable and maintainable mobile solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project scopes and requirements.
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and feedback.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of mobile applications.
• Stay updated on Flutter updates, new features, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or testers, and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of mobile applications.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture decisions for mobile development projects

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter.
• Extensive knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting and designing complex mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVC.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
