Job Requirement

1) Overall experience of 8-10 years, of which 3+ years of apps product management experience is required for the role. Experience with analytics tool such as Google Analytics and Mix panel is a plus.


2) You have a strong analytical aptitude and problem solving skills. At the same time, you are a strong believer of listening to customers and getting on-ground insights and feedbacks to validate your hypotheses.


3) Excellent communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them


4) Self-starter who can operate with very little direction and deeply collaborates with designers and engineers.


5) Understanding of the technical architecture of complex web and mobile applications


6) Understand the user’s needs, and translate them into product requirements.


7) Conduct user research surveys and calls to verify product hypothesis


8) Work as the owner of all the technology products and corresponding business numbers


9) Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Job Responsibilities

1) Get to build product vision for the new product lines at RedDoorz that deliver additional revenue to the business


2) Have end-to-end ownership and accountability to validate hypotheses, do quick experiments and scale the products.


3) Build a team and lead a culture of agility and of prioritizing customers at every step


4) Break complex problems into actionable tasks to drive product development at great speed.
