Detailed Job Description

Job title: Legal Officer

Reporting to: Chief People & Legal Officer

Hours: 35 hours, 5 days a week (PKWT with the possibility of extension or PKWTT)

Location: Bali, Yogyakarta, some travel required

Job responsibilities

- Function as the Group’s point of contact and liaison officer for legal matters involving the Police, Attorney, and other government or non-government institutions.

- Prepare and review draft agreements or letters for routine transactions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legislation.

- Provide legal advice, opinions, and assistance to work units requiring guidance on simple or routine transactions, ensuring alignment with Jantra Group’s interests and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Prepare legal documents for routine corporate activities to fulfill company obligations as outlined in the Group’s articles of association.

- Collect and process data or information necessary for cases to strengthen the company’s legal position.

- Conduct research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations, particularly those concerning company activities, and advise relevant work units to ensure compliance.

- Monitor and coordinate with relevant work units regarding necessary permits for the Group to prevent expiration.

Job requirement

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law (S1 Hukum)

- Fresh Graduate up to maximum 2 years experience in the field of corporate law

- Have good competencies in Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Legal Research, and Legal Compliance

- Assertive communication, high level of self-confidence.

- Energetic and enthusiastic personality.

- Ability to talk to different levels, give presentations.

- Willing to learn and Able to work independently and in a team.

- Welcome new challenges and not easily feel under pressure.

- Have excellent communication (written & spoken) in Bahasa. (English conversational)

Remuneration:

- Monthly salary: typically ranges from IDR 3,000,000 to IDR 3,350,000 with 2 years of experience. Placement in Yogyakarta with possible travel assignments as required by the job.

- Annual bonus: usually ranges from one to three months of monthly salary, depending on company policy and performance.
