About Our Client

We are currently partnering with one of the leading property developers in Indonesia who is looking for a competent Facility Manager specialising in soft services to help them in this time of growth.

Job Description
  • Direct the implementation and optimization of soft services, including cleaning, landscaping, security, and other non-technical aspects of facility management.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive soft services programs to elevate the overall appearance and functionality of all facilities.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures for soft services to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness, landscaping, and security across all malls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, overseeing contracts and service level agreements for soft services.
  • Conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure alignment with performance standards and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the annual budget for soft services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Ensure that all soft services adhere to relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental sustainability goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to integrate soft services seamlessly into the overall facility management strategy.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams at each mall to address specific soft services needs and challenges.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management, with a specific focus on soft services.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning, landscaping, security, and related soft services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
