Position Summary
The Sales Project Engineer specializing in Irrigation Agriculture serves as a technical expert and liaison between the sales team and clients in the agricultural sector, with a focus on irrigation solutions, achieves individual & company sales goals. This role involves in-depth knowledge of irrigation systems, water management practices, and agricultural project supervision. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their irrigation needs, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of the companys irrigation solution.
Responsibilities
SECTION I: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop a strong understanding of the companys irrigation products, systems, technologies, and water management solutions for agriculture.
2. Searching and identify new inquiries coming from existing customers and new customers
3. Preparing and provides BoQ (Bill of Quantity), Quotation, Technical and Commercial Documentation, and assure to release it to customer in time.
4. Lead the technical aspects of irrigation projects, from system installation to commissioning. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
5. Cooperate with office admin to perform marketing task such as conduct seminar, presentation, workshop, preparing promotional material.
6. Make visits plan by put into e-travel as well as visit declare by e-claim and bringing customer update information come after it to the superior
7. To perform aanwijzing, customer project investigation, project survey, with involved Technical Department wherever needed
8. Updating the CRM weekly, by put it into the new lead, opportunity and update the status
9. Submit and update self-work performance in e-PMS (Employee Performance Management System) whenever the system is ready for use
10. To find out Market Information & doing Competitor Intelligent to get our competitor performance about new technology, new trend includes with all commercial and technical info which is customer needed
11. To make sure customer remittance come into company account in time, with Terms as conformed in Customer’s project / contract
12. To follow up RFQ, quotation, and all of any customer’s demand and try to find problem solve out in direct visit or e-mail correspondence in order to ensure sales target
13. To cooperate with JJTI Admin in BoQ for procurement process.
14. To cooperate with JJTI Customer Service Department to manage the customer project and the administration/commercial information after come, should be able to communicate to customer whenever it’s needed.
15. To maintain good relationship with all JJTI stake holder including Supplier, Contractor & Principal.
16. Whenever required by client, should be able to conduct and attend Local Performance Test of irrigation system.
17. To undertake any other tasks as and when assigned.

Required qualifications
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Water Resources Management, or mechanical / electrical / civil engineering
Professional Experience
Minimum 2-5 years experiences in sales & project Agriculture Irrigation/Agriculture Automatization/Green House
Handle Project Agriculture Irrigation (Green House, Watering System Sprinkler/Drip/Mist in Palm Oil, Forestry, Vegetable)
