Introduction Campaign is looking for a social issue-driven, self-motivated, and experienced Social Media Officer to join our Marketing Communications Team with the responsibilities and requirements below: Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative social media content that aligns with the companys goals, target audience, and industry trends to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience. This includes developing social media post ideas, reviewing briefs and captions, and brainstorming visuals, such as images and videos to generate more campaign supporters. Manage social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This involves scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement and feedback. Work on social media reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media performance. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Marketing and Communications team, Sponsorship & Partnership team, Campaign team, and stakeholders (sponsors, media partners, organizers) to align social media strategies and content planning for upcoming and ongoing campaigns/projects. Keeping up with new changes and trends on the various social media platforms. Requirements: Passionate about social issues and want to make the world a better place. Bachelor’s degree of Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or any related field. Min. 1 year work experience in developing social media content for company/brand/social organization in a full time, internship, or volunteer position. Able to commit 40 hours/week Able to demonstrate your success at managing a Facebook page, a Twitter feed, a Tiktok’s FYP, and an Instagram feed for professional organization. Able to analyze content performance using Instagram or Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, TikTok Analytics, or similar third party tools. Comfortable at ensuring that social media content remains within brand guidelines. Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and meet often tight and demanding deadlines. Up-to-date with the latest trends/developments in social media communications especially in social issues industry. Able to deal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including social communities in Indonesia, companies, government, and many more.
