We are looking for an experienced Agent Trainer and Development Lead to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

What youll do:

• Training and Development program:

• Collaborate with managers and marketing agents to identify training needs and objectives.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs covering both technical skills and soft skills requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant training methodologies into programs.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the training team, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary training for the team.
• Create a positive and collaborative training environment.

• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales agents to understand specific training needs for various teams.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze training effectiveness metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Use data-driven insights to make decisions and improvements to the training programs.

• Compile training budgets:

• Based on the training activities that have been planned, create financial proposals for training.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to submit financial requests for training in accordance with the plan.

• Training Budget Utilization Reporting:

• Summarize expenses related to the training budget and report them to the finance team.

What you should have:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in training and development are a plus.
• Proven experience as a trainer, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Adaptability and commitment to staying current with industry trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships.
