Job Description:

The Opportunity:

  • In this role, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department
  • including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing
  • company policies and practices. You will help the team to shape our employer brand strategy and
  • improve the overall quality of the whole human resources aspect within the company. You are
  • expected to have excellent communication skills, be open-minded, have an egalitarian leadership
  • style, and be willing to hit the ground with a growth mindset. You will have ample room for growth
  • and opportunity to show your skills as you will maintain knowledge of trends, best practices,
  • regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and lead overall HR policies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Setting up, developing, and improving an effective strategy to strengthen recruitment and selection processes for all levels of hiring.
  • Develop and Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  •  Improving and reviewing compensation structure and benefit to be competitive and align with the regulation.
  • Lead the team to recruit and select the quality candidates within the timeline and budget.
  • Participate in identified key positions interviews.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • Promote & build employee & industrial relations with management, staff & regulatory to achieve a harmonious employee & industrial relations climate.
  • Actively implement strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and staff retention programs for the Company

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years experience in HR Manager
  • Able to develop a strategy for People and Organizational Development
  • Excellent communication, Interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation Skills
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations.
  • Managing payroll process, improving and reviewing compensation package to be competitive
  • Strong in Industrial Relations, Talent Development, Organisation Development, and HR
  • Business Partnering experience ideally for a multinational company
  • Strong leadership
