International Marketing Coordinator

Job description- Work location Malaysia

What will we be expecting you to do?

· Visit the client place to fix the delay in the ISO audit

· coordinate with technical team and fix the ISO audit and complete the maximum number of clients every month

· meet the audit schedule

· fix the customer clarifications

· Coordiate with Accounts team HQ

· Respond to forthcoming inquiries regarding USA FDA, Process Certification, Product Certification, and Training through phone calls

· Ready to take outbound calls

· Provide timely and professional responses to client queries.

· Work with team members to find potential customers and meet company monthly standard

· Communicate with potential customers, follow up and close sales through email, Text, and calls from US-based clients

· Documents client’s information including phone number, address, and call history

· Respond to forthcoming inquiries regarding USA

Are you the one we are looking for?

· Candidates with Diploma and Degree courses in Business, sales and marketing major preferred.

· Confident and good communication in English.

· 2 years of experience in sales

· Able to accept constructive criticism and willingness to improve skills

· Good communicating and persuasion skills

· Able to use basic computer software like Words, PPT and excel
