Operational Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operational Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day activities of our operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team efforts, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve daily production targets and quality objectives.
• Coordinate work schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and optimal use of resources.
• Train new team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities, including production output, inventory levels, and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
• List customer orders from E-Commerce platforms and ensure accurate recording and processing.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate export and import processes, including customs clearance and documentation requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, meeting quality and delivery standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, including production workflows, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
