What does day-to-day look like?
- Expansion: Help us build a solid offline store/distributorship proof of concept and later scale it across cities.
- Customer Acquisition: hire, lead, and groom a team of sales army to acquire new B2B / B2C customers, including material stores, distributors, and contractors.
- Supplier Relationship Building: Manage and maintain relationships with current suppliers and lead the commercial term negotiation (including profitability and sales commitment).
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential customers, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development plans and strategies to achieve growth objectives.
What does amazing look like?
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 of successful B2B business development including supplier & customer management.
- Prior experiences in developing offline stores / distributorship concept is favored, this includes strong operational & supply chain capabilities.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace and customer needs in the construction materials sector.
- Self Driven & motivated Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
