Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training need analysis to identify skill gaps and employee development
• Establish and manage learning management system
• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to create development programmes
• Monitor and manage learning and development budget
• Ensure all employees receive necessary training to comply with industry regulations and safety standards

To succeed in this Learning & Development Manager (Retail) job, you must have 10 years solid learning and development experience within hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage and/or retail industries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
• Proven track experience in leading L&D function within a large-sized organisation in the retail, food and beverage and/or hospitality industries
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Readiness to travel
