Digital Marketing Supervisor

Digital Marketing Manager for a skincare company.

Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, data analysis, and aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, incorporating SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Campaign Management:

• Planned, executed, and optimized digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, target audience, and campaign objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Content Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and advertising.
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines, user experience, and audience engagement, leveraging keyword research and content best practices.

Social Media Management:

• Manage social media platforms and accounts, creating and curating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience inquiries and feedback.
• Develop social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance, trends, and insights to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Budget Management:

• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor spending, track expenses, and optimize budget allocations based on campaign performance and strategic priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp9,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

Education:

• D1-D4 (Preferred)
