Job Description

As the Distribution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and optimizing route-to-market models across their ASEAN markets. Your responsibilities will include channel segmentation, developing value propositions, managing profitability, and ensuring effective training for sales and distributor teams. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with country teams to implement and refine route-to-market models for cost-effective and sustainable distribution reach.
  • Facilitate regular reviews of channel segmentation to align with market dynamics and opportunities.
  • Develop tailored value propositions that resonate with both regional structures and local nuances.
  • Drive profitability by optimizing discounts, rebates, and promotions for key products, with ongoing monitoring and adjustment.
  • Identify training needs within the sales force and distributors, designing and delivering programs to enhance capabilities.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution and channel management/RTM, open for any industries. Plus point if you have managed the ASEAN region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with retail landscape dynamics and anti-competition regulations is advantageous.
