Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries and needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to identify suitable candidates for client vacancies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively advise clients on recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including key metrics such as client satisfaction, candidate placement rates, and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues to optimize client retention, upsell additional services, and drive revenue growth for the agency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various software tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Looms, Typeform, Notion, etc., for efficient communication, collaboration, and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in german/english is a plus.
